(COLORADO SPRINGS) — Colorado Springs’s new local soccer team, the Switchbacks Football Club (FC) is asking for the community’s help to shovel snow at their stadium to prepare for the upcoming game.

On Friday, March 15, The Switchbacks posted a request on their Facebook page for anyone who could make it to Weidner Field at 111 W Cimarron St, to bring a shovel to clear the snow, mentioning that food would be provided for volunteers.

The Switchbacks are set to play against the Detroit City FC on Saturday, March 16th at 6 p.m., and can use any help they can get preparing the stadium for the game.
