DENVER (KDVR) — Several nearby Colorado campgrounds were named some of the best in the state, and even the country, in a new ranking from a popular campsite booking website.
Hipcamp found the best places to camp in every state and across the U.S., including several in Colorado. To find these places, the website sorted through thousands of reviews and ratings of more than 500,000 Hipcamp properties to find the best.
In Colorado, Hipcamp named 15 sites as the best in the state, and it also found some campgrounds that were the best in the country.
