(COLORADO SPRINGS) — Union Boulevard is closed in both directions due to a crash, and the Colorado Springs Police Department (CSPD) is asking drivers to plan alternate routes.

CSPD posted about the crash shortly after 4 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 12, and said officers were responding to a crash at the intersection of North Union Boulevard and Garmish Road.

Union is closed both southbound and northbound between Vickers Drive and Keystone Circle.

CSPD asked drivers to avoid the area and plan alternate routes.
