(COLORADO SPRINGS) — VENU, the hospitality and live music company, has gone public on the New York Stock Exchange.
On Tuesday, Nov. 26, the company announced pricing for its initial public offering of 1,200,000 shares of the company’s common stock, at the moment, individuals can acquire a share for $10. The stock became available the following day, on Wednesday, Nov. 27.
According to Businesswire, VENU intends to use the proceeds from the offering to further expand its business operations, develop Company services, business promotion activities, and more.
VENU currently owns Ford Amphitheater and the newly rebranded Phil Long Music Hall in Colorado Springs.
Individuals can find the stock under the sticker symbol “VENU. ” The offering is expected to close on Nov. 29.
