(COLORADO SPRINGS) — The In Their Honor Veterans Day Parade will be held on Saturday, Nov. 8, in Downtown Colorado Springs, and the community is invited to come support and honor those who have served and those who have made the ultimate sacrifice.
The parade will kick off at 11 a.m. on Saturday at Tejon Street and St. Vrain Street and head down Tejon to Vermijo Street. The community is encouraged to line the streets, wave their flags, and stand shoulder to shoulder with our community in honoring those who served.
FOX21 News Morning Anchor Craig Coffey will emcee the event, and FOX21 News Evening Anchor Rachel Saurer, Weekend Anchor Austin Sack, Morning News Anchor Abbie Burke, and Storm Team Meteorologist Nic Temple will be in the parade honoring our heroes.
