(COLORADO SPRINGS) — The Colorado Springs Police Department (CSPD) is asking the community to keep an eye out for a 13-year-old boy who was last seen at an ice cream shop on the city’s southeast side on Thursday, Aug. 15.
According to CSPD, 13-year-old Keshawn Whitt Tarik Washington was last seen on Thursday at the Ice Cream Snack Shack in the 1700 block of South Circle Drive, just north of Monterey Road. Keshawn is described as black, stands 5’4″ tall and weighs 145 pounds. He was last seen wearing a blue shirt, blue jeans, and black, blue, and white Jordan sneakers.
