Colorado Springs police launch ‘Reading Roll Call’ community initiative

(COLORADO SPRINGS) — The Colorado Springs Police Department (CSPD) is launching a new community relations initiative called ‘Reading Roll Call,’ where local officers read to children up to 12 years old at local libraries in the area.

“While our PlayCOS program continues to thrive, we wanted to expand our outreach by promoting the joy of reading,” wrote CSPD on Facebook.
