(PUEBLO COUNTY, Colo.) — A sergeant with the Colorado Department of Corrections (CDOC) has been arrested on alleged sexual assault charges and is now awaiting extradition back to Utah.
Kevin Young was arrested at his home in Pueblo West on Friday, Sept. 6 by the Pueblo County Sheriff’s Office (PCSO).
PCSO said Young’s no-bond warrant out of Piute County, Utah stemmed from an incident in July of 2023, which led to him being charged with rape, five counts of object rape, and two counts of forcible sexual abuse.
