UPDATE: TUESDAY 2/13/2024 10 a.m.
The University of Colorado Colorado Springs (UCCS) said a person collapsed while exercising in the gym. UCCS added that lots of people including students and staff provided first aid until EMS responded then eventually the coroner.

(COLORADO SPRINGS) — The Colorado Springs Police Department (CSPD) tells FOX21 News that on Monday, Feb. 12 police were called to the University of Colorado Colorado Springs (UCCS) about a body found on campus.
CSPD said on Monday, just before 6 p.m. officers responded to the UCCS Fieldhouse off of North Nevada Avenue, regarding the body that was found.
At this time CSPD is not releasing any additional identification about this case, and the person will be identified by the El Paso County Coroner’s Office.
