CSPD reported that around 7 p.m. on Sunday, July 27, a robbery was reported at a business in the 2100 block of Southgate Road, near Nevada Avenue. The suspects, described as a white man and woman, were inside the store, selecting merchandise, when the man exited the store, returned to his car, grabbed a gun, and waited outside near the doors.
The woman exited the store with the stolen merchandise and was confronted by staff and other customers, when the man approached and threatened to shoot all involved, according to CSPD.
The staff and the customer allowed the pair to leave; they then allegedly ran to a nearby car and left with the stolen merchandise.
