(COLORADO SPRINGS) — On Friday, Dec. 6, officers from the Colorado Springs Police Department (CSPD) located a stolen truck in the 600 block of North Circle Drive, near East Platte Avenue, that pushed a police cruiser out of the way to escape.

According to CSPD, officers found the stolen truck around 1:40 a.m. on Friday, and as they moved to intercept the truck, it drove forward into a police cruiser, pushing it backward. The truck was able to escape the officers in the parking lot.

CSPD said that no officers were injured and the stolen truck and suspect were not caught at that time.
