(U.S. AIR FORCE ACADEMY, Colo.) — Air Force football is less than two weeks away from their season opener of the 2024-25 season.
The Falcons will be led by junior quarterback, John Busha, who was able to get a few reps under center toward the end of last season.
However, Busha’s football journey to the Air Force is not really what he anticipated.
“They just ended up calling me one day and they had seen my film. They said they wanted me to come. So I was like, I mean, this is the only opportunity I have so at that point I kind of just blindly said I was going to come here and just going to see what was going to happen,” said Busha.
He will take the start at quarterback on Aug. 31 against Merrimack.
